FAQ

  • If you just want to book one online class, then select Just the One on this page and follow the instructions. You will be asked for your name and contact details as well as your credit card details to pay for the class. You will receive an automated confirmation email with the Zoom link to sign in to the class you have booked.

  • All you will need for the online classes is a mat and a good sized towel ( we’ll use this for stretching )

  • At the end of each week, you will be sent the Zoom details for each of the 6 classes for the following week. Every Wednesday will be emailed to you - these are Zoom links that you can access for 7 days. Payment can be taken by Revolut or Bank Transfer.

  • If we need to cancel a class online or in-person, you will be notified via email. If you have bought Just the One class, you will receive a refund or the option to re-book.
