I sought out classes as I suffered from aches and pains from my sedentary job and soon discovered that pilates was the answer. Prior to the pandemic, I attended Sarah's classes twice weekly, when she so effortlessly moved online in 2020, I happily upped my classes to four. Sarah's positive outlook and great communication skills, especially over Zoom, make her a joy to interact with. I can't recommend her classes enough, Sarah has given me so many tools to keep my body in check and to, hopefully, keep it a well-oiled machine long into the future."

She structures them in such a way that even a beginner can complete the exercise/ movement, and will advise on more advanced options also. Her expertise and enthusiasm is infectious- I always feel better after her classes. When the pandemic struck I was not convinced that I would get the same benefit from an online class versus the in-person ones I was used to attending- I am happy to say I was wrong, and that the online classes were great for keeping up with it."

Her style of presentation is very relaxed and chatty which makes the workout very enjoyable. The 50 minute class flies by, with plenty of warm up and stretching as well as strengthening and muscle toning exercises. There are options on easier or harder exercises, depending on your ability and she also explains the benefits of the various exercises she includes. I highly recommend Sarah’s classes."
